Sales Data Analysis & Forecasting
- Analyze historical sales data, customer trends, market conditions to support accurate sales forecasts.
- Work with relevant departments to gather data inputs for forecasting models.
- Identify gaps between forecast and actual sales and suggest corrective actions.
Sales Plan development
- Assist in development monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans aligned with business goals.
- Break down sales targets by product, region, areas or customer segment as needed.
- Support sales budget planning and allocation based on historical performance and future projection.
Performance monitor & reporting
- Monitor actual sales performance versus targets on a regular basis
- Prepare and distribute accurate, timely sales performance reports to sales, sales activities and management.
- Highlight key trends, risk and opportunities in sales performance data.
- Maintain and support sales system (YES, DMS, etc.)
Cross functional coordinator
- Coordinate with sales, sales activities, admin, marketing, supply chain and finance teams to ensure alignment of sales plans with operations and inventory.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Serve as a communication bride between sales planning and other departments.
- Special improvement projects as timely assigned.
