1. Advise management, line manager and/or BU’s employees on range of complex people and organization (P&O) related matters to ensure compliance with company policy, laws and regulations
2. Support management, line manager to build a valuable relationship with BU’s employees to enhance their enagement and communicate P&O system/policies/practices to enhance BU’s employee better understanding to prevent issues
3. Identify P&O needs based on current or planned business activities, prioritizes, effectively communicates and collaborates with Center of Excellence in the development of solutions
4. Build effective and productive relationship with key stakehoders that will facilitates enhanced business effectiveness through development and implement of strategies, policies and procedures that support executives and line manager
